Himi Shimao Campground

Basic Information

This campground offers spacious free sites next to Shimao Coast, known for its white sand and green pines. With the sea right in front, summer visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, jet skiing, banana boating, and other marine sports. Surrounded by nature, the campground also offers sweeping views of the Noto Peninsula and the Tateyama Mountain Range, and from late April through late November guests can try traditional beach seine-net fishing. A nearby hot spring resort area lets visitors soothe tired bodies after a full day of activities, and with well-equipped facilities, the location is very convenient.
