Camping Garden Moku
Basic Information
Just 50 minutes from Hachioji, this mountain campground puts you right in the heart of nature while staying close to the city. Nearby spots for river play and fishing make it a great destination for family and friends. Advance reservations are required, but kids especially enjoy the vegetable harvesting and konjac-making experiences on offer. The site is arranged across three tiers: upper, middle, and lower. With a cooking area, shower rooms, and flush toilets all on hand, you can enjoy an affordable, comfortable stay. An irori (traditional sunken hearth) hut adds to the charm, and mats, griddles, and cooking equipment are all available for rent. Convenience stores and bathing facilities can also be found nearby.
