This campground sits right on the Okhotsk Sea at Senjoiwa, a mysterious rock formation shaped by nature. It’s about a 5-minute drive from Esashi, known for its horsehair crab, and there is no charge to stay. The spacious grounds are covered in lush grass and cars can drive right up to the site; pets are welcome too, making it a great choice for trips with your dog. The grounds have barbecue pits with benches and restrooms, and a nearby hotel’s large public bath is open to non-guests as well.
