Yuttarikan is a natural hot spring facility in Gero, Gifu Prefecture. It has seven types of baths beneath high ceilings, giving it an open, spacious feel. Local specialty products are sold on site, and you can also enjoy dishes made with local ingredients. Nearby is Michi-no-Eki Karen, a roadside station that pairs a hot spring with lodging, a combination rarely found elsewhere in Japan.
