Non-operation charge (NOC) is a part of business compensation in the event that an accident, theft, breakdown, defacement, etc. that is not attributable to our company requires repair or cleaning of El Monte RV Japan’s vehicle. The customer will be required to pay the following amounts:
Freezing and returning to return location(Repair period less than 1 week)
¥50,000 （tax-exempt）
Freezing and returning to return location(Repair period less than 2 weeks)
¥100,000 （tax-exempt）
Freezing and returning to return location(Repair period 2 weeks or more)
¥200,000 （tax-exempt）
Unable to self-propel and not returned to return location
¥300,000 （tax-exempt）
※¥300,000 will be charged if the vehicle was not returned to the station, regardless of its condition.
※This extra fee will be supported by NOCW.
Non-operation charge waiver system (NOCW)…¥4,950/day
If you join the Non-Operation Charge Waiver (NOCW), you will be exempt from paying the Non-Operation Charge. Although joining is voluntary, we recommend that you join in case of an accident.
*NOCW payments are for a maximum of 20 days (¥99,000).
